Complete registration at the District Office.
The following documents are required for registration:
1. Verification of residence (3 original documents with the parent or guardian name and address on it)
A complete utility bill with all the pages and address listed dated within 45 days: PG&E, Marin Water, Garbage, Cable
2. Age Verification: birth certificate, Baptismal record, or passport
3. Parent's or guardian's California driver's license or official California ID
4. Immunization record
5. *Documents required under special circumstances
School Site registration
