1 Prepare for registration in August by gathering all require documents.
                       The following documents are required for registration:
                          1. Verification of residence (3 original documents with the parent or guardian name and address on it)
                              A complete utility bill with all the pages and address listed dated within 45 days: PG&E, Marin Water, Garbage, Cable
                          2. Parent's or guardian's California driver's license or official California ID
                          4. Immunization record
                          5. *Documents required under special circumstances
2Please complete the required in-person registration on one of the following dates:August 15th 9-12, 16th12-3:30, or 17th 11-3:00.

Immunization Requirements 

Immunization Requirements 

Governor Brown signed Senate Bill (SB) 277 on June 30, 2015 which changes immunization requirements for children entering child care or school. Effective January 1, 2016:
  • Parents or guardians of students in any school or child-care facility, whether public or private, will no longer be allowed to submit a personal beliefs exemption to a currently-required vaccine.
  • Students will no longer be required to have immunizations for entry if they attend:
    • A home-based private school or
    • An independent study program with no classroom-based instruction.
All students must meet the following immunizations requirements to attend school.
  • Diphtheria, Tetanus, and Pertussis (DTaP, DTP, Tdap or Td) — 5 doses
  • Polio (IPV or OPV) — 4 doses
  • Hepatitis B — 3 doses
  • Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (MMR) — 2 doses
  • Varicella (Chickenpox) — 2 doses
7th Graders all listed above and
  • Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis (Tdap) —1 dose
  • Varicella (Chickenpox) — 2 doses
